Compared to the 2020 Lexus NX 300, the 2020 Lexus RX 350 is more powerful overall thanks to the V6 engine under the hood. This additional engine power also translates into more towing capability for the 2020 Lexus RX 350.

In terms of features, the two models have a different selection with standard in-car Wi-Fi for the 2020 Lexus NX 300 and a standard smartphone-integrated navigation system for the 2020 Lexus RX.
