" February of this year, I began the usually painful task of looking into purchasing a new car.  During this quest, I started at the local BMW dealership.  As expected, the sales person was helpful, courteous and totally lacked any sincerity.  Discussed my options and we home for further research.  After making a few simple requests, it became obvious that he had no interest in providing the information I requested and basically referred me to the website. Upon visiting the Lexus of Concord dealership to look at my other options; I met Clay Brechter.  Clay was not only friendly but was direct and to the point.  It was refreshing to actually have an enjoyable experience at a dealership.  Over the next month, my wife and I did what most consumers' do; we shopped around for the best deal.  After finding a price we were happy with we approached the staff at Lexus of Concord to ask if they could match.  Financing was more than happy to oblige.  In all honesty, it was our previous interactions with Clay that kept us from just accepting the other dealers offer first.  Through the purchasing process Clay answered any questions we had and has continued to maintain contact after the sale closed to ensure we're satisfied with the car.  As the lease of my wife's X3 comes to an end, I guarantee we'll be looking to Clay & Lexus of Concord to help us move into her first Lexus.  We appreciate all of the wonderful service and the level of commitment that the staff brings to the table and would like to ensure that Clay is recognized for being the stellar sales person he is."
