I just took our 2010 Lexus GX 460 in for the 200,000 mile service. The vehicle was purchased new from Lexus of Concord, and serviced there since new. My current service advisor is Nick Carvalho and I enjoy working with him each visit.

Everyone was very professional, There is a nice waiting area with refreshments and restrooms. They set me up with a great loaner while my older model Lexus was in the shop. And they seem to have fixed the problem, most importantly.
Service Rep Nok Carvallo was present right on time scheduled for ES 300h regular service. I was informed about the work to be done, and after exactly two hours it was completed to my satisfaction, and including a complimentary car wash. I enjoy taking my vehicles to Lexus of Concord and working with Service Advisor Nick Carvalho. The 10,000 mile service schedule was performed and the vehicle was finished in a hour and a half. That’s quick. I will be returning to Lexus of Concord for my next service. I have been a customer since 2004.
Eugene was kind-hearted, accommodating and easy to work with. Which made the process easier than I expected.
Took the time to listen to our needs. Was patient with our endless questions and helped us to get to the point where a decision could be made. There was no pressure to make a quick decision. I would recommend our sales person, Wes Harris,

I brought my Lexus for a few maintenance jobs and things went really good. My service writer Mr Johnson kept me updated on the progress of repairs. The mechanic also pointed out that the transmission pan was leaking and that was repaired also. I was pleased with my experience with this dealership.
Again, I experienced the same quality service that I have come to expect from Nick and Lexus …and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Always friendly, never pushy with services. Bill always explains why he thinks something is necessary for my SUV. I always feel like my car has been thoroughly gone over and I feel safe driving it after I’ve been to the dealership. It’s a nine year old vehicle so it could have issues, but they take such good care of it. It never does..
